سیاست حریم خصوصی
پث‌وایز یک همراه یادگیریه. برای اینکه بتونه مسیر یادگیری‌ات رو بسازه و پیشرفتت رو نگه داره، لازمه بعضی چیزها رو ذخیره کنه. این صفحه دقیقاً می‌گه چی، چرا، و چطور می‌تونی همه‌اش رو پاک کنی.
کوتاهش این‌ه: هیچ تبلیغاتی نداریم، هیچ ابزار تحلیل رفتاری (analytics) توی اپ نصب نیست، و داده‌ات رو به کسی نمی‌فروشیم. چیزی که ذخیره می‌کنیم همون چیزیه که برای کار کردن اپ لازمه.
۱. چه چیزهایی جمع می‌کنیم
حساب و ورود
- ایمیل یا شمارهٔ موبایلت: هر کدوم که باهاش وارد می‌شی. کد یک‌بارمصرف به همون فرستاده می‌شه.
- اگر با گوگل وارد بشی، شناسهٔ حساب گوگلت و ایمیلی که گوگل تأیید کرده.
- نام نمایشی، اگر بنویسی. اختیاریه و هر وقت بخوای عوضش می‌کنی.
- اگر رمز عبور بذاری، فقط شکل رمزنگاری‌شده‌اش (hash) ذخیره می‌شه، نه خود رمز.
داده‌های یادگیری
- موضوع‌هایی که انتخاب می‌کنی، هدفی که می‌نویسی و توضیح‌هایی که اضافه می‌کنی.
- مسیرها، درس‌ها و آزمون‌هایی که برات ساخته می‌شه، و جواب‌هایی که می‌دی.
- جلسه‌های مطالعه، زمان‌ها، زنجیره (streak)، امتیاز و دستاوردها.
- کارت‌های حافظه و زمان‌بندی مرورشون.
- سؤال‌هایی که از یادای می‌پرسی و جواب‌هایی که می‌گیری.
- اگر وارد اتاق مطالعه یا حلقه بشی: عضویتت، یادداشت‌هایی که می‌ذاری و تلنگرهایی که می‌فرستی.
دستگاه و اعلان
- توکن اعلان از سرویس پیام‌رسانی گوگل (Firebase Cloud Messaging)، اگر اجازهٔ اعلان بدی. این همون آدرسیه که یادآوری‌ها بهش فرستاده می‌شه.
- زبان انتخابی و اختلاف ساعت منطقهٔ زمانی‌ات: بدون این دومی، «امروز» برای زنجیره‌ات اشتباه حساب می‌شه.
- نشانی IP درخواست‌ها، فقط برای محدود کردن سوءاستفاده (مثلاً جلوگیری از ارسال انبوه کد ورود). به پروفایلت وصل نمی‌شه و نگه داشته نمی‌شه.
خرید
- سابقهٔ اشتراکی که از کافه‌بازار می‌خری: کد محصول، توکن خرید و اینکه چه اشتراکی و تا کی برات فعال شده. پرداخت داخل کافه‌بازار انجام می‌شه. ما هیچ‌وقت شمارهٔ کارت یا اطلاعات بانکی‌ات رو نمی‌بینیم و ذخیره نمی‌کنیم.
پشتیبانی
- هر چیزی که توی فرم بازخورد یا گزارش مشکل می‌نویسی، به‌همراه نوع پیام و صفحه‌ای که ازش فرستادی.
۲. چه چیزهایی جمع نمی‌کنیم
- هیچ ابزار تبلیغاتی و هیچ ابزار تحلیل رفتاری توی اپ نیست. نه گوگل آنالیتیکس، نه ابزارهای مشابه.
- تقویم گوشی‌ات از گوشی بیرون نمی‌ره. اگر اجازهٔ تقویم بدی، اپ فقط روی خود دستگاه نگاه می‌کنه کدوم ساعت‌ها پُره تا وقت مطالعه رو روی جلسهٔ کاری‌ات نذاره. عنوان و محتوای رویدادهات هیچ‌وقت به سرور ما فرستاده نمی‌شه.
- موقعیت مکانی، دفترچه تلفن و عکس‌هات رو نمی‌خونیم.
- میکروفون فقط وقتی روشنه که خودت توی تمرین صحبت دکمهٔ ضبط رو بزنی، و با زدن توقف خاموش می‌شه. هیچ‌وقت توی پس‌زمینه گوش نمی‌دیم.
- داده‌ات رو نمی‌فروشیم و برای تبلیغات در اختیار کسی نمی‌ذاریم.
۳. هوش مصنوعی
درس‌ها، مسیرها و جواب‌های یادای با کمک سرویس‌های هوش مصنوعی طرف سوم ساخته می‌شن. برای هر ساخت، این‌ها فرستاده می‌شه:
- موضوع و هدفی که نوشتی، و توضیح‌های اختیاری‌ات؛
- سطح خودت‌گفته، زمانی که در روز داری و سرعتی که انتخاب کردی؛
- عنوان درسی که توش هستی و متنش، وقتی از یادای سؤال می‌پرسی؛
- خود سؤالت و گفت‌وگوی قبلی‌ات در همون درس؛
- توی تمرین صحبت: صدای جوابی که ضبط کردی، برای تبدیل به متن به یه سرویس تبدیل گفتار به متن فرستاده می‌شه، و بعد متن جوابت و سؤالش برای نوشتن بازخورد به سرویس هوش مصنوعی می‌ره. صدات رو ذخیره نمی‌کنیم: فقط برای همون یه بار تبدیل توی حافظه نگه داشته می‌شه و بلافاصله بعدش پاک می‌شه. سرویس‌دهنده‌های تبدیل گفتار ممکنه طبق سیاست خودشون ورودی‌ها رو تا ۳۰ روز برای جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده نگه دارن.
نام، ایمیل، شمارهٔ موبایل و شناسهٔ حسابت هیچ‌وقت به سرویس هوش مصنوعی فرستاده نمی‌شه. چیزی که می‌ره، چیزیه که برای نوشتن درس لازمه.
حواست باشه چی توی این فیلدها می‌نویسی: هر چیزی که به‌عنوان هدف یا سؤال بنویسی، به سرویس هوش مصنوعی می‌ره. اطلاعات حساس شخصی یا کاری رو اونجا ننویس.
۴. با کی به اشتراک می‌ذاریم
- سرویس‌های هوش مصنوعی: همون چیزی که در بند ۳ گفته شد.
- کافه‌بازار: برای تأیید اینکه خریدت واقعی و فعاله.
- گوگل (Firebase Cloud Messaging): برای رسوندن اعلان‌ها به گوشی‌ات.
- سرویس میزبانی و شبکهٔ توزیع محتوای ما: سرورهایی که اپ روشون اجرا می‌شه.
اگر قانون یا یک دستور قضایی معتبر ما رو ملزم کنه، ممکنه اطلاعاتی رو ارائه کنیم. جز این‌ها، داده‌ات جایی نمی‌ره.
۵. مسیرهایی که عمومی می‌کنی
اگر مسیری رو عمومی منتشر کنی، اون مسیر با همون نامی که موقع انتشار داشتی برای بقیه دیده می‌شه، و کسانی که ازش کپی برمی‌دارن اون نام رو با خودشون نگه می‌دارن، حتی بعد از حذف حسابت. اگر نمی‌خوای این‌طور بمونه، قبل از حذف حساب، مسیرت رو از حالت عمومی دربیار.
۶. نگهداری و حذف
متن جواب‌های تمرین صحبت حداکثر ۳۰ روز نگه داشته می‌شه و بعد خودکار پاک می‌شه؛ نمره و بازخوردش تا وقتی خودت پاکش نکنی می‌مونه. هر وقت بخوای، می‌تونی متن یا کل اون تمرین رو از داخل اپ پاک کنی.
تا وقتی حسابت باز باشه، داده‌ات رو نگه می‌داریم. هر وقت بخوای، از داخل اپ حذفش کن: پروفایل ← تنظیمات ← داده‌ها و حساب ← حذف حسابم. راهنمای کامل و راه ایمیلی توی صفحهٔ حذف حساب هست.
وقتی حساب رو حذف می‌کنی، همون لحظه و برای همیشه این اتفاق‌ها می‌افته:
- حسابت بسته می‌شه و نام و عکس پروفایلت پاک می‌شه.
- ایمیل یا شمارهٔ موبایلت با یک نشانهٔ بی‌معنی جایگزین می‌شه، طوری که دیگه نه به تو وصله نه با اون می‌شه حسابت رو پیدا کرد. همون آدرس آزاد می‌شه و اگر بعداً خواستی، می‌تونی باهاش یک حساب تازه و خالی بسازی.
- همهٔ نشست‌های ورودت باطل می‌شن؛ هیچ دستگاهی دیگه وارد نمی‌مونه.
- توکن‌های اعلانت پاک می‌شن؛ هیچ یادآوری دیگه‌ای برات فرستاده نمی‌شه.
- موضوع‌ها و همهٔ مسیرها، درس‌ها، جلسه‌ها و پیشرفتی که زیرشونه حذف‌شده علامت می‌خورن و دیگه هیچ‌جا خونده یا سرو نمی‌شن.
- تمرین‌های صحبتت، متن و نمره‌شون، پاک می‌شن.
- برگشتی در کار نیست. ما راهی برای بازگرداندن حساب حذف‌شده نداریم.
دو چیز عمداً می‌مونه:
- سابقهٔ خریدها: پرداخت‌ها و اشتراک‌ها برای حسابداری و پاسخ‌گویی مالی نگه داشته می‌شن. این‌ها یک شناسهٔ عددی دارن، نه نام و نشانی تو.
- پیام‌های پشتیبانی: متن پیام می‌مونه چون ممکنه گزارش اشکالی باشه که هنوز داریم روش کار می‌کنیم، ولی نام حسابت از روش برداشته می‌شه و دیگه به تو وصل نیست.
۷. امنیت
ارتباط اپ با سرور رمزگذاری‌شده‌ست. رمز عبور و کدهای یک‌بارمصرف فقط به شکل hash ذخیره می‌شن. نشست‌ها با توکن کوتاه‌عمر کار می‌کنن و از تنظیمات می‌تونی از حساب خارج بشی. با این حال هیچ سیستمی صددرصد امن نیست و ما نمی‌تونیم امنیت مطلق رو تضمین کنیم.
۸. کودکان
پث‌وایز برای کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال ساخته نشده و عمداً از اون‌ها اطلاعات جمع نمی‌کنیم. اگر فکر می‌کنی کودکی حساب ساخته، به hello@pathwise.ir بنویس تا حسابش رو ببندیم.
۹. تغییرات این صفحه
اگر چیزی که جمع می‌کنیم عوض بشه، این صفحه به‌روز می‌شه و تاریخ بالای صفحه تغییر می‌کنه. اگر تغییر مهمی باشه، داخل خود اپ هم بهت می‌گیم.

Privacy policy
Pathwise is a learning companion. To build your path and keep your progress, it has to store some things. This page says exactly what, why, and how to delete all of it.
The short version: there is no advertising in the app, no analytics SDK inside it, and we do not sell your data. What we store is what the app needs in order to work.
1. What we collect
Your account
- Your email address or phone number: whichever you sign in with. The one-time code goes there.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account id and the email address Google has verified.
- A display name, if you give one. It is optional and you can change it whenever you like.
- If you set a password, only its hash is stored, never the password itself.
Learning data
- The topics you pick, the goal you write and any detail you add.
- The paths, lessons and checkpoints built for you, and the answers you give.
- Study sessions, times, streaks, XP and achievements.
- Memory cards and their review schedule.
- The questions you ask Yaadai and the answers you get.
- If you join a study room or a circle: your membership, the notes you leave and the nudges you send.
Device and notifications
- A push token from Google's messaging service (Firebase Cloud Messaging), if you allow notifications. It is the address your reminders are sent to.
- Your chosen language and your timezone offset: without the second one, "today" is counted wrong for your streak.
- The IP address of requests, used only to limit abuse (bulk sign-in codes, for instance). It is not attached to your profile and it is not kept.
Purchases
- A record of a subscription bought through Cafe Bazaar: the product code, the purchase token, and which plan you hold until when. Payment happens inside Bazaar. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Support
- Whatever you write in the feedback or report-a-problem form, with the kind of message and the screen you sent it from.
2. What we do not collect
- No advertising SDK and no analytics SDK is in the app. No Google Analytics, nothing like it.
- Your phone's calendar never leaves your phone. If you grant calendar access, the app looks, on the device only, at which hours are already taken, so it does not schedule study over a meeting. The titles and contents of your events are never sent to our server.
- We do not read your location, contacts or photos.
- The microphone is on only while you record an answer in speaking practice, from the moment you tap record until you tap stop. We never listen in the background.
- We do not sell your data or hand it to anyone for advertising.
3. AI
Lessons, paths and Yaadai's answers are generated with the help of third-party AI services. For each generation we send:
- the topic and goal you wrote, and any optional detail;
- your self-rated level, the time you have per day and the pace you chose;
- the title and text of the lesson you are in, when you ask Yaadai a question;
- your question and the earlier conversation in that lesson;
- in speaking practice: the recording of your answer goes to a third-party speech-to-text service to be transcribed, and then the text of your answer and the question it answers go to an AI service to write your feedback. We do not store your recording: it is held in memory for that one transcription and deleted straight after. Speech-to-text providers may keep inputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring under their own policies.
Your name, email address, phone number and account id are never sent to an AI service. What goes is what is needed to write the lesson.
Do bear in mind what you type into those fields: anything you write as a goal or a question goes to the AI service. Please do not put sensitive personal or work information there.
4. Who we share with
- AI services: as described in section 3.
- Cafe Bazaar: to confirm that a purchase is real and live.
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging): to deliver notifications to your phone.
- Our hosting and content-delivery providers: the servers the app runs on.
We may also provide information if the law or a valid court order requires it. Beyond that, your data does not go anywhere.
5. Paths you publish
If you publish a path, it is shown to other people under the name you had when you published it, and anyone who copies it keeps that name on their copy, including after you delete your account. If you would rather that did not happen, unpublish the path before you close your account.
6. Keeping and deleting
The text of your speaking-practice answers is kept for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically; the scores and feedback stay until you delete them. You can delete the text, or the whole take, from inside the app at any time.
We keep your data for as long as your account is open. Delete it whenever you like, from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Data and account → Delete my account. Full instructions, and an email route, are on the account deletion page.
When you delete your account, this happens immediately and permanently:
- The account is closed, and your name and profile picture are erased.
- Your email address or phone number is replaced with a meaningless marker, so it is no longer linked to you and cannot be used to find your account. The address is freed: if you ever want to, you can sign up again with it and get a new, empty account.
- Every sign-in session is revoked; no device stays logged in.
- Your push tokens are deleted; no reminder is ever sent to you again.
- Your subjects, and every path, lesson, session and piece of progress under them, are marked deleted and are no longer read or served anywhere.
- Your speaking-practice takes, their text and their scores, are deleted.
- There is no way back. We have no way to restore a deleted account.
Two things stay, on purpose:
- Purchase records: payments and subscriptions are kept for accounting and to be able to answer for money that changed hands. They carry an id, not your name or address.
- Support messages: the text stays, because it may be a bug report we are still working on, but your account is taken off it and it is no longer linked to you.
7. Security
Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted. Passwords and one-time codes are stored only as hashes. Sessions use short-lived tokens and you can sign out from Settings. Even so, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Children
Pathwise is not built for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to hello@pathwise.ir and we will close it.
9. Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant, we will also tell you inside the app.
